Writing Guidelines

Please edit your full text paper according to the rules below. After editing your paper, you can submit it from the Submit Paper button.

Full-text manuscripts should be prepared in MS Office Word program with "Times New Roman" font. The main text should be in 12-point font and the line spacing should be 1.5 lines.

The full text can be written in Turkish or English. You can create your work by downloading the template in the relevant language.

The full text, including appendices and bibliography, should be at least 5 and at most 8 pages.

Tables and figures used in the text should be numbered sequentially. Headings should be placed above the tables and below the figures. Only the first letter of the table/figure/graphic titles should be capitalized and should be centered in 10 pt.

If equations are to be given in the text, they should be placed in the center of the page and each equation should be given a sequence number. The sequence numbers of the equations should be justified to the right of the page and in parentheses.

The whole text should be organized according to APA reference rules. In in-text citations, referencing should be in the form of "surname of the author(s), year of work" (Giddens, 2000). In in-text citations with two authors, it is presented as "the surname of the first author and the surname of the second author, year" (Yılmaz & Yıldız, 2012). In references with three or more than three authors, it should be organized as "surname of the first author et al., year" (Giddens et al., 2000). If more than one work is cited for the same information, the references should be given in chronological order by placing a semicolon between them in parentheses at the end of the sentence (Özdeğer, 1996; Akis, 2002; Yılmaz et al., 2010; Kılıç et al., 2020).

If more than one separate work of an author from the same year is cited, a letter is added to the years of these publications. For example: (Yıldırım, 2010a), (Yıldırım, 2010b) and (Yıldırım, 2010c) etc. should be written.

For APA reference examples, you can check the link https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples.

Examples of writing references are provided in the template.
